We are requesting that *********** and ********* (collectively ****) remedy the failures of the ******** *********************** project undertaken for ** in May of 2022, and not resulting in a useable van for us until just recently. That means compensating us for the hardships we have experienced over the past eighteen months as a result of OCRVs false and misleading representations, delays, faulty workmanship and poor business practices. In May of 2022 we entered into an agreement with **** to convert a new 2022 ******** 4x4 Sprinter van, which we purchased for that purpose, into a recreational vehicle (campervan or RV). The **** representatives we dealt with told us that conversion was to be complete and useable by mid-June of 2022, but that did not happen. In addition to the time and resources we have expended, and the opportunities we have lost, due to OCRVs actions, we have also expended over $160,000 to purchase and convert a van that was not useable. We paid **** over $80,000 for a conversion project plagued by unmet and false promises and representations, unanswered communications, and defective workmanship. Electrical, solar, structural and innumerable other flaws went unresolved until ultimately repaired by us at substantial cost. What became apparent as the project progressed, but was never disclosed to us, was that we were financing the development of a prototype model for OCRVs ********* kits in Sprinter vans. That is contrary to OCRVs representations to us, and in its social media posts, that our requested conversion of the van was something **** was familiar with and could perform efficiently and responsibly. Moreover, the sheer number of photos and the video walk-through of our RV on the ********* website, showcasing our project for your own business purposes and advertising, demonstrates that **** has received substantial value from the van conversion while failing to provide us a workable campervan in a timely manner. We have been dismayed and frustrated by OCRVs appropriation of our dollars and time towards advancing its own business interests, while at the same time neglecting its commitment to provide us a professionally converted and workable campervan in a promised time-frame.In sum, we believe we are due substantial compensation for the damages we have incurred as a result of the misrepresentations, deficiencies and delays associated with OCRVs work. At a minimum, those damages amount to $53,395, in addition to the loss of $40,000 that we have incurred in finally selling the campervan even though it had hardly been used (only **** miles), for a total of $93,395.

So I am an idiot since I have been bitten 2 times by ****. I didn't go to BBB so that is on me too. The first encounter with **** was when we needed to have some warranty work done on our 5th wheel. They changed some of our hydraulic stabilizers and the ** in the bedroom. They overfilled the hydraulic fluid and put a used ** in the bedroom. (yes used)We picked up the ** and thought everything was fine until we got it home. There was no remote for the **, so I manually turned it on, and well...it had a name (Toy Room) we called and said there is no remote and this is out of another rig, They swore up and down it was new, and sent us a remote...the ** was a Vizo and the remote was a ******** Then we noticed all the hydraulic fluid running down the landing gear and had to clean up that mess. Oh, and they broke the plastic guild cup on our ******** hitch. They said they would send a new one...but didn't.We took it back and on the way lost the water heater cover...so I asked how much for a new one? $100 ok...They replace the ** and when I went to pick up the rig, the $100 was closer to $250 because ** said it had to be painted...it was SHINNY Black, and our rig is ***** I told him to repaint the right color and mail it...never got it...found it on Amazon in the right color for $50. I have Texted, Called, Emailed...nothing Please don't use this place...they need to be shut down...
